I&#039;ve been following the strobist thread too.

But here is the link - the guy is amazing - his tut&#039;s are wicked.

Down near steps 5 and 6 is where he adjusts the skin contrast and controls the highlights etc etc.

I&#039;m sure you&#039;ll eat it all up better than I could.

I just learnt a fairly good method using High pass filter and a graining/blurring effect.
