Not many portrait photographers actually guarantee their work. I guarantee my work twice. Here's my guarantee:

1: When you view your proofs, I want you to be wowed and amazed. I don't want you to be just content with them, or find them merely acceptable. I want you to have a strong and positive emotional response upon first seeing them. If you don't, we can either schedule a new portrait session and try again, or you can get your money back (your choice).

2: When you receive your prints, I want you to be thrilled all over again. I want you to be surprised that the prints look even better than you'd hoped for. I don't want you to feel they're merely adequate, or simply what you expected. I want you to feel that little bit of joy a second time. If you don't, then you don't take the prints, and you pay nothing for them.
